My Town: DIY Network taps Greenville manufacturer for renovation project

GREENVILLE, Mich.—  A Greenville manufacturer's high-end appliances will be featured again on the DIY Network this weekend.

AGA MARVEL's professional wine cellar, single tap beer dispenser, professional clear ice machine and professional refrigerator and beverage center will be featured in Saturday night's episode of "The Vanilla Ice Project."  The episode, titled "Shift Into Gear",  is focused on adding an entertainment space to a 3,000 square foot, multi-million dollar home situated on Lake Worth, Florida.

AGA MARVEL's products were first featured in the season four premiere of the Vanilla Ice Project, in the same home's state-of-the-art gourmet kitchen. A request for the industry’s largest refrigerator/freezer led show host Vanilla Ice to AGA Marvel, which had a 72” model. The episode, titled “The Killer Kitchen” also included an AGA professional dishwasher and a three-oven AGA Total Control range cooker, which features touch screen controls.

At the Belding Community Garden, green thumbs can plant whatever they want on their own schedule.  All abundant or designated vegetables are donated once a week to the Belding Food Pantry.

Gardeners itching for a space can download an application here or visit City Hall to pick up a copy.  For more information about the Community Garden, contact Andrea Belding at (616) 240-1472.
