Moonlit Miles for Marrow Race Today

Michigan Blood is set to host the Moonlit Miles for Marrow 5K charity trail run on July 13 at 7:30 p.m. Although a 15K event was also scheduled, the hot, dry conditions have caused the longer race to be canceled this year.

All of the proceeds from the race will help pay for tissue-type testing of prospective donors for the Marrow Program at Michigan Blood. Moonlit Miles for Marrow will offer a family fun atmosphere with a post race party featuring food, refreshments, and event shirt.

Day-of registration for the 5K will begin at 6 p.m. at Klackle’s Orchards, 11466 W. Carson City Rd. Greenville, MI 48838. The race is free for children and will cost $25 for runners over the age of 10.
