The following information is offered in an attempt to avoid confustion regarding the seasonal (December 1 through March 31) restrictions on parking in the downtown, public parking lots:

There is no overnight parking allowed in any downtown, public parking lots during the period starting with December 1 though March 31 except in designated areas.

To be legally parked during this time, a vehicle must be parked in one of the designated areas at the day and time indicated on the sign.  Thus, if a vehicle is parked on Thursday morning at 3:30 am in an area designated for Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday overnight parking, it is legally parked.  The same vehicle would be in violation if parked in this area on Wednesday morning at 3:30 am.
